The short version
- MyCoddi gives travel advisors AI tools that draft, research and plan. Everything it produces is a draft for you to check.
- You're responsible for what you send your clients, and for having permission to enter their information.
- You own what you put in and what the tools produce for you. We own the MyCoddi service itself.
- Paid plans are billed annually, with a 14-day full refund window after each payment.
- Please use MyCoddi fairly: no reselling, scraping or building a competing product.

1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("MyCoddi," "we," "us") for your use of mycoddi.com and the MyCoddi tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using MyCoddi for an agency or business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
MyCoddi is for travel professionals using it for business. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
2. Your account
- Give accurate account details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private and don't share your account. Each account is for one advisor.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at stamper.erin@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- During the private beta, accounts require an invitation code.
3. The founding beta
If you've joined the MyCoddi Founding Beta, your beta agreement with us also applies. Here's a summary. If anything differs, your beta agreement controls for the beta.
- One month free with access to every tool at the Luxury Studio level, including Compass. No payment card is needed to start.
- No automatic charge. Before your month ends, we'll ask whether you'd like to continue. If you do, you choose a plan and add a card then.
- Founding price: 35% off the plan you choose, for as long as your subscription stays active without a gap, including if you upgrade later. It's personal to you, doesn't transfer, and doesn't apply to one-time purchases (such as a Compass single strategy) or to advisors you refer. If your subscription lapses and you come back later, the price in effect at that time applies.
- What we ask in return: use at least two tools with real work (including building one Compass strategy), join at least 3 of the 4 weekly 15-minute check-ins, and tell us honestly what's confusing, broken or missing.
- Beta software: expect bugs and changes. Features may be added, changed or removed during the beta.
- Either of us can end your beta at any time with an email.
- We'll only quote your feedback publicly if you've given permission, and we'll show you the quote first.
4. Plans, billing and refunds
- Plans. MyCoddi offers paid plans (currently Solo Starter, Volume Pro and Luxury Studio, plus optional add-ons and one-time purchases). Each plan includes certain tools and a monthly number of tool runs. Plan features and current prices are shown on our website or at checkout.
- Annual billing. Plans are billed once a year in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless you cancel, your plan renews each year at the then-current price for your plan (or your founding price, if it still applies). We'll remind you by email before a renewal.
- 14-day refund window. If MyCoddi isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of being billed (including renewals). After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by emailing us [or from your account settings, once available]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Upgrades. If you move to a higher plan, unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new one. [Confirm upgrade credit details before paid plans launch.]
- Monthly limits. Tool runs and Compass allowances reset each month and don't roll over.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll give you notice before they do.
- Taxes. Prices don't include taxes unless stated; you're responsible for any that apply.
5. Acceptable use
Please use MyCoddi fairly and lawfully. You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, or let people outside your account use it;
- scrape, copy or bulk-download the Service, or use automated tools to access it except through features we provide;
- use the Service, its output or its prompts to build or train a competing product;
- try to get around plan limits, security or access controls, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
- reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- enter information you don't have the right to use, or sensitive information such as passport numbers, payment card details or health information;
- use the Service to send spam, mislead travelers, infringe anyone's rights, or break any law, supplier rule or host agency rule that applies to you.
Fair use. Plans are sized for one advisor's normal business. If use is far beyond that or harms the Service for others, we'll contact you first where we can. We may suspend or limit an account that's abusing the Service or breaking these terms.
6. AI output: always check before you rely on it
MyCoddi uses AI to produce drafts, research and plans. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident, and even after an automatic fact-check.
- Verify facts with official sources and suppliers. Visa and entry requirements, travel advisories, health and safety information, prices, availability, supplier policies and the details of local businesses or partners must be confirmed with official government sources, the supplier or the business before you or your clients rely on them.
- Review before you send. Treat every result as a draft. Read and edit it before it goes to a client, partner or the public.
- No professional advice. Output is not legal, immigration, medical, financial or tax advice.
- Marketing materials. Check Compass plays and materials against your host agency's and suppliers' marketing and brand rules before publishing or contacting anyone.
- Results may be similar to results produced for other users.
7. Your clients and communications
- You're the travel professional. You decide what to recommend, book and send. You're responsible for the advice and communications you give your clients, and for complying with laws, licensing and seller-of-travel rules that apply to you.
- No relationship with your clients. MyCoddi provides software to you. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or seller of travel, and we have no agency, booking or advisory relationship with your clients or TripSync group members.
- Permission to use client information. You're responsible for having your clients' permission, or another lawful basis, to enter their information into MyCoddi and to share TripSync links with them, and for telling them how you use their information.
- Keep sensitive data out. Don't enter passport numbers, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
8. Who owns what
- Your content is yours. You own what you enter ("inputs") and, as between you and MyCoddi, the results the tools produce for you ("outputs"). You give us permission to store, process and display your inputs and outputs, and to send them to our service providers (such as our AI provider), only as needed to run, secure, support and fix the Service for you.
- We don't use your clients' details for marketing, and we don't sell your content.
- The Service is ours. MyCoddi owns the Service, including its software, design, prompts, tool workflows, and the MyCoddi name and logos. These terms don't give you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as described here.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve MyCoddi without owing you anything. We'll only quote you publicly with your permission.
9. Third-party services
MyCoddi relies on other companies (such as Supabase, Anthropic, Netlify, Resend and Stripe) to run, and output may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service, including during the beta, is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, MyCoddi makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that output will be accurate or complete, or that using MyCoddi will produce any particular bookings, income or business results.
Please keep your own copies of anything important. Use the copy and download features to save results you need to keep.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- MyCoddi won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings, commissions, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
- MyCoddi won't be liable for losses resulting from your or your clients' reliance on output that wasn't verified as described in section 6, including denied boarding or entry, missed travel, or supplier charges.
- MyCoddi's total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.
Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
If someone (for example, one of your clients) makes a claim against MyCoddi because of content you entered, communications you sent, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover MyCoddi's reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
13. Ending your use
- You can stop using MyCoddi at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing stamper.erin@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the Service, or don't pay, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first and a chance to export your work.
- If we end a paid plan for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund the unused part of your prepaid plan.
- If your plan or beta ends without a subscription, your account stays but tools pause; saved work is kept for 90 days, then may be deleted.
- Sections 6 through 12, 14 and 16 continue after your use ends.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a concern, please email us first. Most issues can be solved quickly that way. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you and MyCoddi agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MyCoddi changes. We'll update the effective date at the top, and for material changes we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using MyCoddi after changes take effect, you accept them. If you don't agree, you can stop using MyCoddi and, if you're within a paid period, ask about a pro-rated refund.
16. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and (for beta testers) your beta agreement are the whole agreement between you and MyCoddi about the Service.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account or these terms without our permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at our service providers.
- We may send notices to the email address on your account.
