The short version
- MyCoddi is a set of AI tools for independent travel advisors. Advisors enter details about their clients and trips, and the tools produce drafts, research and plans.
- To create those results, what an advisor enters is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic.
- We don't sell personal information, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Please don't enter passport numbers, payment card details, health information or other sensitive details.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing stamper.erin@gmail.com.

1. Who we are
MyCoddi (mycoddi.com) is run by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("MyCoddi," "we," "us"), founded by Erin Stamper. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use the MyCoddi tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
MyCoddi is built for travel advisors ("advisors" or "you"). Advisors often enter information about their own clients. Section 8 explains how that works.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form by our database provider), agency name and host agency.
- Clients you add: client names, and optionally email, phone and notes you choose to enter.
- What you enter into the tools: trip details (destinations, dates, travelers, nationalities for entry-rule checks), notes, supplier itineraries you paste or upload (including the text of PDFs), and your answers to questions in tools like Compass.
- Saved results: the drafts, briefings, strategies and other results the tools create, saved together with the inputs that produced them, so you can find them again.
- Compass profile and strategies: what you tell Compass about your business (for example your location, niches, goals and what has worked for you), plus your strategies, check-ins and partners you mark "not a fit."
- Messages and feedback: emails, bug reports, feedback forms and notes from check-in calls.
- Beta sign-up form: if you apply for the beta, the answers you give in our sign-up form, which is hosted on Google Forms.
Information from TripSync group members
TripSync lets an advisor invite a group (for example friends planning a trip together) to share preferences and vote on trip options. Group members don't create an account. They join with a trip code and give a first name (or nickname), their trip preferences and their votes. That information is visible to the advisor who created the trip and is used to generate and score trip options.
Information collected automatically
- Usage records: which tool was used, when, and how much AI processing it took (token counts). We use these to apply monthly plan limits, manage costs and fix problems.
- Technical logs: like most websites, our hosting and database providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) for security and troubleshooting.
Payment information
When paid plans start, payments will be handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch MyCoddi's servers. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as your plan, billing status and the last four digits of your card.
3. How we use information
- To run MyCoddi: create your account, log you in, generate results, save your work and show your history.
- To apply your plan's features and monthly limits, and to bill you once paid plans begin.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To fix bugs and improve the tools, including by reviewing feedback and, when needed to solve a problem you've reported or a fault we've detected, looking at the specific inputs and results involved.
- To email you about your account, your beta, billing, and important changes. If we send product news, you can opt out at any time.
We don't use your clients' details for our own marketing, and we don't sell or rent anyone's personal information.
4. AI processing
MyCoddi's tools are powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. When you run a tool, what you entered for that request (which can include client names, trip details, notes and uploaded itinerary text or PDFs) is sent to Anthropic to generate the result. Anthropic processes this data to provide the service under its commercial terms.
[Erin: confirm Anthropic's current commercial / API terms on training and data retention before publishing, and add a sentence here only if you can state it accurately. Then delete this note.]
Some tools (such as Compass) also run web searches to find and check current information. Those searches are about destinations, businesses and topics, not about your clients personally.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of companies to run MyCoddi. They handle data on our behalf only to provide their services to us.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Our database provider. Hosts our database and handles log-in (United States region). |
| Anthropic | AI processing (Claude) to generate results from what you enter. |
| Netlify | Hosts the mycoddi.com website. |
| Resend | Email delivery (account confirmation, password resets, beta and account emails). |
| Google (Google Forms) | Hosts our beta sign-up form. |
| Stripe | Payment processing, once paid plans begin. |
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs). As with any website resource, those services receive your IP address and browser details when they deliver the files.
6. When we share information
We share information only:
- with the service providers listed above, to run MyCoddi;
- within your own account. In TripSync, group members' answers are shared with the advisor who created the trip;
- if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or MyCoddi;
- if MyCoddi is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we'll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
- with your permission (for example, quoting your beta feedback only if you've agreed to it).
7. Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
MyCoddi does store a few things in your browser's local storage:
- Your log-in session, so you stay signed in. Logging out removes it.
- Small conveniences, such as your recent searches in Visa Intelligence, and for TripSync group members, a private key that lets you come back and change your own answers.
You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings. You'll need to log in again afterward.
8. Your clients' information
When an advisor enters information about their clients, the advisor decides what to enter and why. We process that information on the advisor's behalf, to provide MyCoddi to them.
- Advisors: you're responsible for having your clients' permission, or another lawful basis, to enter their information, and for following any privacy notices you give your clients.
- Please keep sensitive details out. Don't enter passport numbers, payment card details, health or medical information, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. MyCoddi doesn't need them. Names, destinations, travel dates, nationalities and preferences are fine.
- Clients of advisors: if you're a traveler and want to see, correct or delete information your advisor saved about you, please contact your advisor first. You can also email us and we'll help.
9. How long we keep data, and deleting it
- We keep your account information and saved work while your account is open, so your client history is there when you need it.
- You can delete individual clients, results and TripSync trips yourself where the tools offer it.
- To delete your whole account and its data, email stamper.erin@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll delete it within 30 days, including from our backups.
- If your plan or beta ends and you don't subscribe, your account stays in place but tools pause. We keep your saved work for 90 days in case you return, then may delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
- We may keep limited records longer where the law requires (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database rules keep each advisor's records separate, so one advisor can't see another's clients or results. Our AI key is kept on our server and never sent to your browser, and email confirmation is required for new accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
11. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that's wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop sending you non-essential emails (use the unsubscribe link or reply to us).
California and other US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state laws (such as California's) may give you rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to get a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. MyCoddi doesn't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to ask. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email stamper.erin@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll confirm your request from the email on your account and respond within the time the law requires (typically 45 days). You can use an authorized agent; we may ask them for proof that you've authorized them. If we decline your request, you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
12. Visitors outside the United States
MyCoddi is run from the United States and is designed for US-based advisors. Information is stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. If you use MyCoddi from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. If your local law gives you additional rights, contact us and we'll do our best to honor them.
13. Children
MyCoddi is a tool for travel professionals. It isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. Advisors sometimes plan trips that include children; please enter only what's needed (for example, a first name or age), and nothing sensitive.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MyCoddi grows. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
